I Am The
Definition of
Woman
2026
Already her. Whole. Perfect. Complete.A one-day transformational experience, for the woman ready to stop becoming — and remember who she has always been.
What if you've never
been broken?
What if you have been whole all along, and simply forgot? You built the life. You checked the boxes. From the outside it looks like the answer to everything you prayed for — and underneath it, something quieter keeps asking for the truth. You are not broken. You are not backsliding. You are expanding.
-
Your faith is intact. The container isn't.
You still believe in God. What you were handed simply stopped fitting what you know to be true — and you have had no language for the difference.
-
High-functioning, quietly restless.
Successful by every measure anyone can see. And still, something beneath the surface is asking for more. Not more achievement. More truth.
-
Tired of performing wholeness.
You have been the strong one, the steady one, the one everybody leans on. You are ready to stop proving and start being.
-
Not here to be fixed.
You do not need another framework, another program, another improved version of yourself. You need a room that recognizes what is already true.
You are not unfinished.
You are remembering.
Not a conference.
Not a retreat.
One contained, intentional day. No stage. No performance. No pressure to arrive anywhere. Just a carefully held room in which to set down what you have been carrying and remember what was never actually lost.

i
Release
Let it downWe start by making it safe to put things down. Emotional weight. Old narratives. The pressure to hold it all together. This is the first exhale.
-
ii
Remember
Come back to yourselfThrough conversation, teaching, honest stories and reflection, you reconnect with who you are beneath every role, every expectation, every season of transition.
-
iii
Integrate
Leave wholeNo to-do list. No new identity to perform. You leave with a felt sense of clarity — grounded, lighter, and quietly certain of who you already are.

first breath to last.
Every moment is intentional. Nothing is rushed. You will never be asked to perform, to network, or to arrive as anything other than exactly who you are right now.

You came as you are. You leave knowing who that is.
You will not leave the same.
You will leave more yourself.
You arrive feeling
- Like something is missing

- Unable to rest
You leave feeling
- Lighter
- Grounded in your own authority
- Language for what you already knew
- Seen, and not alone
- Whole, without striving
Coach Cayme Andrea
Cayme Andrea is a certified life coach, speaker and spiritual thought leader who has spent more than a decade helping high-achieving women reconnect with who they are beneath the titles, the roles and the weight of everyone else's expectations.
Her work sits where identity, spiritual expansion and wholeness meet — not the wholeness that looks good from the outside, but the kind that is felt from within. She has coached hundreds of women through seasons of transition, trading the exhaustion of performing for the quiet power of simply being.
She is not a hype woman and not a motivational speaker. She is the kind of facilitator who builds a room honest enough, safe enough and precisely held enough that women find themselves again inside it.
She speaks from lived truth, having walked the same tension she now holds space for: faith and expansion, achievement and restlessness, belonging and becoming.

A few things you
might be wondering.
No. This day is for women who still believe in God and sense there is more than what they were handed. Deeply rooted, quietly questioning, or somewhere in between — you belong here. The only requirement is a willingness to be honest with yourself.
No. IATDOW 2026 is not affiliated with any church or denomination. It is spiritually grounded and conversation-led — not a service, not a sermon, not a theology class. Think of it as a room where faith and truth finally get to meet each other honestly.
Neither. There is no clinical processing, no pressure to perform emotion, and no heavy practices. The day is built around real conversation, honest teaching and quiet reflection. You will never be asked to do anything that does not feel right to you.
Because what happens in this room requires it. You will not be sitting in rows listening to a stage. Every woman present is a participant, and keeping the room intimate is precisely what makes real conversation — and real movement — possible.
Not a to-do list and not a new program. What women describe is a felt sense of clarity — lighter, more grounded, quietly certain of who they are. You also leave with a companion workbook built to help you carry that clarity forward.
That you are here, reading this and asking, is its own answer. You do not have to have anything figured out before you arrive. You only have to be willing to show up. That is enough.
Tickets are transferable. If your circumstances change you may pass your seat to another woman who is aligned with the experience. Full policy details are shown on the registration page at the time of purchase.

You don't have to figure
this out alone.
A room is being prepared for women who are ready to stop performing wholeness and finally inhabit it. If you have read this far, that room is for you.
